By using CarSchool you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What CarSchool is

CarSchool helps parents organise a carpool among themselves: who drives when, swaps, and following a trip. It is a planning tool. The parents in a carpool, not iView Global, arrange and are responsible for the rides, including who drives, the driver's licence, insurance, car seats and the children's safety. We don't screen, employ or vouch for any driver.

Driving safely

Don't use the app while driving. Set up the trip before you leave and let the app run on its own. Follow traffic laws and your local rules for driving children. Live location, arrival times and routes are estimates and may be late or wrong; always confirm pick-ups and drop-offs directly with the other parents when it matters.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and a parent or guardian, or someone a parent has asked to drive. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. Only add children you are responsible for. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, posts and other content you add. You give us permission to store it and show it to the parents in your carpools, to provide the app. Don't share anything illegal, hateful or that you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

CarSchool Pro

Some features are part of CarSchool Pro. When one family in a carpool has Pro, everyone in that carpool can use them. Paid plans, prices and renewal terms will be shown in the app before you buy, and are handled by the App Store or Google Play.

The service

We work to keep CarSchool available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, iView Global is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or for anything that happens during a ride arranged with it. We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

If CarSchool ends

If we decide to discontinue CarSchool, we will tell you in the app at least 30 days before it stops working, stop new sign-ups and purchases, refund unused prepaid time through the store you paid, and delete accounts and data within 30 days after the end, except records the law requires us to keep.

Apple

If you downloaded CarSchool from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
