Delete your CarSchool account
You can permanently delete your account and data at any time. CarSchool is made by iView Global.
In the app (fastest)
- Open CarSchool and sign in.
- Go to the You tab and tap Edit.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.
By email
If you can't open the app, email carschool-support@iview-global.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my CarSchool account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile and picture, your kids and their photos, your home address and pin, notification settings and history, your devices, and your place in every carpool (your slots open up for the other parents). A carpool you created passes to its admin or the parent who joined first; a carpool with nobody left is deleted.
Board posts you wrote stay on the carpool's board unless you delete them first. Short-lived encrypted backups kept by Google Cloud expire on their own.
