Common questions

How do other parents join my carpool?

Open the carpool, tap Invite and share the code. They enter it under Join a carpool and add their kids.

Why can't I check in yet?

Check-in opens 30 minutes before the trip time and closes 3 hours after it.

The other parents can't see my car on the map

Allow location for CarSchool in your phone's Settings (While Using is enough), and keep the trip running until you end it. On iPhone, also check Settings → CarSchool → Live Activities for the lock-screen card.

Who gets an open trip?

If auto-fill is on, every Friday at 6 PM next week's open trips go to the family driving least that week. They can give a trip back.

I'm not getting notifications

Check Profile → Notifications in the app, and that notifications are allowed for CarSchool in your phone's Settings.

How do I delete my account?
